Several months ago, I announced I would be working for A Journey Through Learning to help promote and market their products. We have been doing great, and I was assigned a BIG PROJECT. One that has taken a lot of my time.
I have put together a Facebook Party for A Journey Through Learning. We will be giving away over $1900 worth of products.
Come on over to their Facebook Wall on Nov. 8 at 7 pm CST, to find out how to win some of these goods.
I also have dealing with some other things behind the scenes. We are struggling a bit with our twelve year old and actually being willing to do the bit of book work that I require. I do believe that rather then to cave to his ideas, we will tough this one out.
When you get out in the real world, and get a real job, you won’t get to choose how you do your job, and at twelve, it might be a good time to learn this lesson.
Another big thing is…Heidi our six year old who was legally blind 11 months ago, now has 20/30 vision with her glasses on.
So, after the next few days, I pray to be back to blogging like I used to…more like 3-5 times a week.
Anyway, how are you, my readers? What are your Thanksgiving plans?

I wholeheartedly support you in your “toughing it out” with your son. All of my sons have bucked at their school work at some point in our homeschooling adventure. Now as 2 are quickly approaching graduation, I can see it was to their best interest that I “made” them do the work. They are rising above their peers in their PSEO (Post Secondary Education Option), because they know how to get the job done even when they don’t want to or feel like it! It will be a battle worth winning! May the Lord bless you with perseverance and strength! )
I’m so glad to hear about your daughter’s eyesight! My husband has been slowly working to improve his through eye exercises. By the way, she has a great name!
